Atlas Biologicals is a privately held small business located in Fort Collins, Colorado and established in 1999 by the former owners of Summit Biotechnology. Summit Biotechnology was a leading producer of Animal Sera and a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest meat suppliers in the world.

The current owners of Atlas Biologicals purchased Summit in 1997, and then in 1998 sold to a multi-billion dollar life sciences corporation in order to expand its market.

In 2000, Summit's parent company sold it to HyClone Laboratories. HyClone took over Summit's raw material suppliers and then discontinued the company name to eliminate a major competitor in the market place. As a result, this course of events allowed Summit's former owners to compete in the serum market again.

Today, Atlas Biologicals is producing high quality serum products with over 30 years of hands-on experience from blood collection to manufacturing at the highest level of GMP compliance.

We pride ourselves on product quality, customer service and competitive pricing.
